These Terms are the agreement between you and Theta Wave for use of the ShowMe app ("ShowMe", "the app"). By using ShowMe you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShowMe for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store's terms.
Some features (cloud sync, comments) require signing in. You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't impersonate others or use someone else's account without permission.
ShowMe lets users post comments, photos, and GIFs on episodes. By posting, you confirm you have the right to share that content, and you agree not to post anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass or abuse other users.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We provide tools to filter content, report a comment, and block a user, and we may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to review reports and act within 24 hours.
You retain ownership of what you post, but grant us a license to host and display it within the app so the feature can work.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting to access other users' data, or using it to break the law.
ShowMe may offer an optional subscription ("ShowMe+") that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel yours in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Show and episode information and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Other users' comments are their own and do not represent Theta Wave.
ShowMe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that show data will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theta Wave will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using ShowMe at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves; we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the changes.
